Calculate Your Current Pregnancy Week

The fastest way to find out how many weeks pregnant you are is to use our due date calculator. It calculates your gestational age instantly from your LMP or due date.

How to Calculate Manually

To calculate how many weeks pregnant you are manually:

  1. Find the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP)
  2. Count the number of days from that date to today
  3. Divide by 7 to get your gestational age in weeks
  4. The remainder is the extra days (e.g., 73 days ÷ 7 = 10 weeks + 3 days)

Example: LMP was January 1. Today is March 12 (70 days later). 70 ÷ 7 = 10 weeks exactly.

What If You Know Your Due Date But Not Your LMP?

If you know your due date but not your LMP, you can work backwards: subtract 280 days from your due date to find your LMP, then use that to calculate your current week. Alternatively, simply enter your due date into our calculator and it will tell you your current gestational age and weeks remaining.
