To calculate how many weeks pregnant you are manually:
- Find the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP)
- Count the number of days from that date to today
- Divide by 7 to get your gestational age in weeks
- The remainder is the extra days (e.g., 73 days ÷ 7 = 10 weeks + 3 days)
Example: LMP was January 1. Today is March 12 (70 days later). 70 ÷ 7 = 10 weeks exactly.
